If your company is focused on the continuity of work, the best solution will be the Gold Package. You can define your expectations, tasks and deadlines in the Gold Package (eg monthly preventive scanning of all computers in your antivirus). You also receive an additional 10-hour package to use as part of your flat-rate monthly charge for your IT care.
If you care about the continuity of work and quick response to a possible malfunction, the most appropriate solution will be the Platinum Package. You can specify your expectations, tasks and deadlines (eg monthly preventive scanning of all computers in your antivirus). You also receive an additional, extended 12-hour package to use as part of your flat-rate monthly charge for your IT care.
If your company has its own IT Support and you need immediate response at your local branch office in the Olkusz district, this solution will be provided by the Local IT Support package.
